  I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday from Flower Club and it was definitely the best choice I made. The beautiful mix arrangement of lavender, pink and white made her smile instantly!   Ordering online was impossible, only after ringing the store could I then order online. Deliver was prompt but the presentation compared to what the website said I was getting was dismal. If they weren't for it being a special occasion I definitely would of demanded a refund.

  I applied to work at Flower Club following a job ad looking for a Florist Assistant. The ad said they were hiring 1 person for the position and that it was an ongoing role with flexible hours.
  
  When I turned up at the interview it seemed like they were organising a bunch of last-minute casual workers for the mothers day rush with no guarantee of ongoing work - even though the job ad was very different. The interview was rushed and not a lot of detail was given about the job. There was no discussion of how much I would be paid.
  
  After I finished my 3 shifts of working there wasn't any mention of if I was going to be working there in an ongoing manner. They wanted to pay me less than minimum wage for my time and no penalty rates. They said there was no way I could prove my employment with them because there aren't any time sheets and threatened involving their lawyers!
  
  So, if you want to get underpaid to work 3 days for valentines day or mothers day apply here. Otherwise, if you want to get paid properly for your time - look elsewhere! And if you want to purchase flowers from an ethical business please go to a different florist.

  Fantastic florist shop with a variety range of flower options! People there are so friendly helping out with selecting flowers for the occasion. Definitely recommend!

  Have ordered multiple times from Flower club and their service has been too notch. For any special occasions, I recommend them as their prices are quite reasonable and service is still quite efficient. I’m told it’s a family fun business and the sincerity shows all the way through.
