    BUYERS BEWARE!!!
    Bought 2 fern stumps for my mother for xmas 2 years ago which she added to her lush fern garden.
    These 2 stumps did not grow any leaves AT ALL!
    Mum tried to go and ask but was treated so rudely and left.
    I finally go and the manager Kevin asks for the receipt or else he can do nothing. He does not even 
    know why they won't grow BUT I DO!
    THEY WERE DEAD WHEN I PURCHASED THEM!
    What a waste of money!

    So many staff standing around talking looking bored yesterday yet not one person offered assistance or even gave off an approachable vibe. I was very disappointed. Went to bunnings instead got my plants for a third of the price in addition to friendly, warm service. Won't be back.
